HOOVERMEN At jumble sales there exists a breed of person known as the hooverman. There may be hoover women too, in fact almost definately, but the women's clothing section is too mad and unruly and why would I want to be there anyway hm.,? Anyway the hoovermen suck up anything in their path which can be annoying as they probably put it all in their house in a big pile and never look at it again whereas the appreciateros like myself sometimes have a lovely jumper sucked out from under our noses only for it to be lost in the hooverman's never ending vortex of unidentified clobber. Once it is gone though don't try and get it from them even by 1000%ing the original price they paid. You will fail and increase the hoover's prowess tenfold at which point the hoovering may go doolally and suck up some small grannys. One even has a Hoover Bag for putting stuff in !! |
